Due to the nature of our made to order items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Approval

Once approved:

1. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email

2. Send all items back to us using the label provided

Please include your order number in the package for faster processing.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
